Still waiting to hear back after two weeks trying to get a basic initial phone appointment. (3 emails with no reply and have tried calling and only get voicemail). Does this clinic want any new patients or are you fully booked and not saying so?

Overall I had a really good experience with the praxis. The persons at the reception were friendly and they speak more languages. I was allocated to Ms.dr. Veronica Pachmayr which I am recomanding with all my heart. The process is not entirely up to her, but she gave me a really good mental support, she was every time very friendly and took the time to explain me everything step by step.

I had a bad experience at this clinic and big dissapointment. I find it really hard to explain in words:
- the doctor that supervised my case did not gave me valuable informations
- she let me start the treatmeant even if it was not recommended to have a transfer because of another problem which needed to be threat first
- when the blood test value are bad you are not presented with an option to stop the transfer or at leat the doctor should stop until you get the proper values
- you do not get valuable advice which can guide you through the process
- availability on the phone is a joke
- they tell you to call for everything but hardly somebody answears
It was really
- appointment does not exists you wait a lot
The list can go on. I would not recomend this clinic at all.

Unsere Erfahrungen mit dem Kinderwunsch Centrum München waren durchweg nur positiv. Frau Gaßner hat sich immer Zeit genommen, um mit einem ausführlich zu sprechen. Selbst wenn sie nicht da war, haben sich auch die anderen Ärzte bestens gekümmert. Das Praxis-Team hat uns zu jeder Zeit mit einer überaus großen Freundlich- und Herzlichkeit begrüßt, sodass man sich von der ersten Minute an dort wohl gefühlt hat. Den Damen am Empfang und beim Blutabnehmen, wo ich ja sehr häufig war, möchte ich ein großes Lob und meinen Dank aussprechen. Sie haben dazu beigetragen, dass ich nicht aufgegeben und mich so gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe. Wir können dieses Centrum besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Das Kinderwunsch Centrum kann ich sehr empfehlen , kompetente Ärzte gute Beratungen und Behandlungen . Der Weg ist manchmal lange aber er ist auch das Ziel , vieles funktioniert nicht beim ersten Anlauf deshalb darf man nicht aufgeben an seine Träume zu glauben, dabei unterstützen auch die Ärzte tatkräftig! Einziges Manko sind die Wartezeiten manchmal kann es schon über 30 Minuten dauern , aber das ist bei anderen Arztpraxen auch der Fall!

Ich hatte großes Glück, in diese Klinik zu kommen, all die wunderbaren Menschen zu treffen, die immer nett, geduldig und höflich waren, ich fühlte mich dort so wohl, dass meine Erwartungen übertroffen wurden.
