The gym was overcrowded and stinky. Second thing, contract only, so you cannot buy one-time entrance, you need to pay on monthly or yearly basis consecutively. After visiting gym for a single time and forgetting to cancel membership on time I received a check on 70 euros, there were a lot of cancelation fees (about 15 Euros). They also lie about 20 Euros per month. Also, they will take photos of you. Disappointing experience.

I applied for a membership thinking I could pause my membership from time to time because I read the following in the FAQs of their website

"We offer membership breaks, rest periods or similar as part of our FIT STAR Fair Play regulations, e.g. if you are unable to train or if you are planning a longer stay abroad."

However, when I contacted the customer support to pause my membership in the first month (because I am in my hometown), they told me I cannot. Then, I told them I want to cancel my contract because their FAQ is deceiving. I did not go to the studio not even once and did not get my membership card either. I've been sending emails for 9 days and they just kept sending useless responses and did not solve my issue.

Big gym but overcrowded. People will keep their towels on the machine for half an hour won't let others use it and meanwhile will also use other machines. There should be atleast one trainer on the floor. I never had good workout here. Need some procedures and guidelines to save others time.

Really nice small and cozy Fitness studio, devices are in pretty good shape, Hygiene is also really good. Fitness studio employees are really helpful and friendly. Public Transport connections are really good, car parking available whish is another plus but it is not free as in some other locations but also not expensive. Contract prices and training courses are one of the best in the Munich area. I would recommend everyone who are thinking about starting their Fitness journey to start here.

Good with a lot of equipment but unseated bathrooms and very few... There must be at least one coach... You need an appointment to meet him. It is acceptable based on the subscription price

It's a good gym for the price, with a really large total area and a diverse choice of equipment. I've been a member for years (I have the original yellow member card!) and the machines have been consistently well maintained. However, the cheap price comes with compromises: the place is crowded every day at any time of the afternoon (4 pm - 9:30 pm), even with COVID restrictions. Be prepared to wait for the versatile equipment - such as benches or racks - to become available. It gets particularly tedious after 4:30 pm, when people come work out after their work. Plan accordingly.

Would be great if they employed friendly staff and people that know how the company works and how the service works. An employee who is in the pasing branch from 2016 is clearly never willing to help in any issues and is very rude.
