I'm acutally extreme surprised how phenomenal bad this place actually is...5 for 6 Euro Box XL suddenly costs 7 Euro. As you can see all the chicken was undercooked and totally white and tastes like flour, the beverage tasted really weird like it was thrown away and reused. They even actually forgot the ketchup sauce...the best tasting food was actually the undercooked fries. I'm surprised that this store can still stay open.
First time I had to throw up because of fast food....

Really long wait times. No kiosks to order food. Staff had issues speaking English. And huge mess everywhere. Trays left on the table, French fries lying on the floors. We went outside to eat since inside it was boiling hot and it was even worse. Tissues flying around tables polluted with bird excrements. Drink dispensers had no ice option also both pepsi max dispensers were out of syrup and was giving plain sparkling water. Only good about this place is that they have relatively big parking. But that's not why are you going there. Food was okay I mean comparable to any other KFC.

If you compare the KFC in Germany with KFC in asian countries, you would say KFC in Germany is really bad and not innovative. They only have the normal menu. However, they still have a certain standard and recipe, which can't go wrong. I still can enjoy the KFC here.

I was so disappointed ???? about the service in this KFC chicken I don't know what is the problem. The staff were very unpleasant and the food was Cold. I'll never eat KFC in Germany again

A KFC, smaller than others but big enough, everything as expected. And pretty fast even though there have been quite a lot of people

Terrible service from the store manager as if ppls are cheating over the free sauces come with the pucket. This branch is getting from bad to worse.
