I had a great experience with their customer service. Very welcoming, friendly, and professional people. I asked them to order a watch for me which was not that expensive (around 130 euros), and they stayed true to their promise to check with different locations to see if they can get it for me and they kept me informed every day about the progress... Unfortunately, in the end they couldn't find the watch for me because the collection had been discontinued but they tried really hard... this is what I call customer service... providing excellent customer service even when their profit is not high...
