Unreliable. Extremely bad service. They deserve no stars!!!
I called before Christmas to inquire to use their services for one of my dogs. They told me they would call me after Christmas, they did not call.

I called again last week in the afternoon of Jan 10th 2018, spoke to Christopher and said he would call me back at 20:00 that evening, he didn’t call that evening but sent a sms the next morning stating he would come to my home and see my dogs. I texted him back to confirm and sent my address and details.

We drove back from Kitzbühel early to make the appointment and 2pm came and went, no phone call, no show.
If this is how the treat new clients, it’s extremely unprofessional, rude and bad service and I will be telling everyone in Munich. I need a service you can trust and rely on and this is not it.

Spontan angerufen weil ich einen Notfall hatte und ich meine Hund abgeben musste. 1 Tag davor noch einen Probetag bei Isarpfoten gemacht, hat dann alles super geklappt obwohl sie sonst immer etwas ängstlich ist. Die Geschäftsführer haben mir regelmäßig Bilder geschickt und kleine Videos vom spazieren gehen. Bin wirklich heilfroh das sie sich so schnell integriert hat.

An dieser Stelle vielen dank die 5 Sterne absolut verdient!! Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!!!!!!!!
