Purchased a 31mm Rolex Tridor from them. Rolex confirmed it was not a genuine Tridor as Tridor bracelet had been added later along with the moder number altered with a “B” suffix to create impression of being a genuine Tridor. The engraved “B” was too deep, shiny and did not match the rest of the model number. I was fortunate to pick this up early and was refunded as it was a secure purchase via Chrono24. However, I have seen the same watch relisted! Buyer beware! All that is gold may not be so!

The Rolex I bought from them in 2010 had some missing and non genuine parts. The non genuine screws got loose and caused the watch to breakdown. Juwelier Rieger refused and responsibility. Yes it is eight years ago but still they certified it was a genuine Rolex. That Echtheitszertifikat was not worth much. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this place.

Bought a Rolex which they said had just had a service. That was not true. They also said that it was one year warranty, also not true. This costed me 650 Euro. Please do not buy anything here.
