Pre check in completed which enabled a quick pick up of the key on arrival.
Room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Was disappointed with the breakfast service. No fresh fruit, fruit drinks machine was not working, Coffee machine was out of service during and took staff over 15 mins to attend to it. Choice of breakfast option was very limited and would class as very basic compared to other hotels.

As expected for a 1-star hotel. The room has the basic amenities. There is free WiFi. Breakfast is served early, from 4:30 to 8:00. There is a small convenience store with snacks, tea and coffee and a microwave near the reception desk.

We ended up canceling on arrival. When booking, we had requested a cot for our infant child (who was too young for the bunk bed) and the hotel didn't inform us that the cot wasn't available for our dates.

We arrived at the hotel to find that our child had nowhere to sleep and the response that we received from reception was "we don't have to honour special requests". No attempt was made to take ownership of the problem or provide any kind of solution or compensation.

Additional information: the entire hotel had one working cot to share (they had two, but the other one was broken). Families beware: take your young children somewhere else. Poor provisions, and very poor customer service.

As expected but there was no refill for toilet soap and towels given for 1 person only instead of 3 as we are family. Although noticing the receptionists no change for 3 consecutive nights. For me i give a zero to customer experience as if they ignored my notice.

Staff are friendly, rooms are clean. If your staying with colleagues twin rooms are a little small for two but staying with your partner in a double room is adequate. I switched to double for myself. Showers are good and powerful. Clothing storage is minimal, if staying for a few days, you need to live from your suitcase. All in all if working or just visiting it’s a nice place to stay. Easy travel to central Munich but not many restaurants nearby.

Underground carpark was easily accessible, receptionist was very courteous and accommodating, overall great experience.

Cost effective but communication issues are there if you don't have own car
