Unfortunately, the value is not for the price, it's hard to say 5 stars!! The hotel furniture is very old and disgusting to sleep on the bed :( but when we asked to change it from room service it was responded quickly and the female employee was very friendly and nice, the atmosphere is depressing. I don't recommend staying there at all. The location is just good.

There is a small minus only: in-room dining service do mistakes with order and menu is not so big even after changing recently ????
But it's the best hotel in Munich in my opinion.

Honestly, a very disappointing stay for a hotel with the Kempinski name. The pillows were lumpy, the service was poor, the rooms were not clean and to be honest I do not think the staff were happy to be there. We had dinner at the Michelin starred restaurant one evening and the food was mediocre at best-and my daughter had an anaphylactic reaction to a salad despite us repeatedly informing the wait staff that we have one person in our party who is severely allergic to nuts.

Great location
Unorganized service, needed to Wait for everything, from long wait in breakfast to unorganized checkin and checkout.
The doorman and concierge service are great!
Rooms are nice but small and can use some touchups.

Very luxurious setup and very good deserts and ambiance. Like to go there often.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and my impression has been very positive again. I stayed for a quick business trip and the hotel is really a treat and a great pressure of my business stay in Munich. I very liked the level of service, food quality and the specious rooms. Highly recommend. Thank you and see you again.
