Very bad experience. Unfriendly staff. Last year my experience was different. But recently i went to this store there was one young lady who was extremely arrogant and showing attitude. I was in Oberpollinger in Celine store there my experience was very very nice . They helped me and am going to buy from them . I will never visit Maximilianstraße store sarry.

Unfriendly and arrogant staff. There’s a Céline store inside the Oberpollinger Mall at Stachus. Rather go there.
I have never experienced such an unfriendly encounter in a high-end fashion store. The guy was not interested in solving my issue but simply giving an attitude as if he was the customer here. I will never buy there again.

Sales are nice here, i love to shop here than the paris stores! Stocks are more than the france store!
