Hotel staff--especially Chris Talavera--were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast and service were excellent. As mentioned in a previous review, their location is excellent to all the areas of interest in the city and it is quiet!
Again, I can't say enough about all the help Chris, and staff, provided during our stay. Thank you folks for making us feel so welcome in your beautiful city!! I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. I am very pleased that the manager helped us obtained a room before check in hours as we had arrived early from a flight and had a young child in tow. The breakfast and location are both superb! Thank you so much.

This extremely well located hotel has comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff as well as a nice breakfast buffet. We really appreciated the front desk’s help on a variety of things including printing a document, having UBahn tickets to buy and directions. Will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Munich.

Exceptional location for sightseeing, very friendly staff, nice rooms, quiet at night, comfortable beds, very clean, good breakfast, minibar. This hotel is a gem, the family loved it too.

A hidden gem- perfectly located just a few minutes away from the center, beautiful rooms and great soundproofing. The service was really great, I felt really welcome and they answered all my questions and offered great suggestions.

Great place to stay if you have to visit Munich downtown! Central position, modern and tidy rooms, free Wi-Fi and minibar, you cannot ask for more!

Very good. Very quiet. Staff excellent very accommodating and always smiling. Highly recommend this place for anybody.
