Rooms and reception on 1st floor. About 10 mins walk from public transport in any direction.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Munich!
I stayed here for two nights incl. breakfast (98€ in total). I had a cozy, single bed, shower and toilet and a very fine, light breakfast.
It looks old and used but it has a lot of charme ????
I wouldn't recommend it to someone who loves big breakfasts, huge TV screens or modern interior but to someone who need a comfortable place to stay during their discovering of Munich ????
Service/greeting/smiling could be better ????

Excellent location right at the Theresienwiese, numerous restaurants, and a shopping mall. Room looked a bit dated, but the bed was comfortable, breakfast was substantial, and service was exceptional, especially for the price.

My friends and I have been coming to Oktoberfest for 20 years, from the United States. We originally stayed at this hotel every year, because it's right across the street from the Oktoberfest. So if you're looking for convenience for that purpose, this place is great. They have a breakfast in the morning. We only switched to the hotel next door because it has a bar. That's the only thing missing from this place. But if you don't need a bar, then you should feel comfortable staying here. And after drinking bier at the Fest all day, do you really need more time at the bar? We did, haha. But normal people probably don't.

We stayed three nights in this lovely hotel. The building is not the newest and the wooden floors are old and squeaky, but the rooms are huge and spotless clean. The double doors guarantee a good level of isolation, the heating is really efficient, the bathroom is small and old but will do the job for a week stay. Great breakfast. I also asked a favour to the receptionists and they very kindly agreed to pretend that our stay was already payed for when my boyfriend checked in before me :D so this time I managed to offer!
I really recommend this hotel, perfect location right in front of the Oktoberfest area, very well linked to the centre, and good value for money.
