My friends and I have been going to Oktoberfest for 20 years, and this is the place we stayed for most of those years. These people are like family to us, and that is why I give it five stars. We're from the United States, and we're there for 5 days a year, that's it, and they remember us like we were there yesterday. This is the closest hotel to the Oktoberfest. It's directly across the street. Over the years, they have undergone renovations, and it is much more modern now. They have a bar, and they serve a complimentary breakfast. It's the perfect hotel if you just want to walk to and from Oktoberfest. I must say, I'm approaching 50 years old now, so I feel the need to warn people of my age: At night, this place turns into a very lively nightclub, with like a huge line to get in and security guards. But guests can bypass the line. But just be aware. During the day, it's very pleasant. But at night, the young people take over.
