-We didnt really talk with service. So cant rate it, probally 5/5.

-The spot was a bit annoying to park a car. Very little space for a big car (Ford Galaxy 2009). 4/5

-The rooms was nice but the 5th bed (which I slept on) was very bad. Very bad bed and if you are 5 people prepare that one of you will sleep very harshly.
Also the room we got was in the top floor and there was no elevator for all our baggage. 3/5

Beautiful location, nice place! Only downside was construction that was taking place during our stay.

Horrible experience.
Bed bugs in the bed .
We checked into Hotel Schleuse on Wednesday 18 July 2018 and left at 1.30am after my sister awoke with more than 6 bugs crawling on her in her bed. We discovered more of the bugs on the walls and all over the floor too. The hotel said they were fully booked so could not move us to another room. They did not charge us for our stay however the manager didn't even have the courtousy to apologise. Very disappointing and disgraceful. Then of course, the disgust of having hundres of bugs infesting the hotel rooms - appauling and revolting. Do not book a room here.

Not the best quality Preis ratio, no lift, no reception, poor heating and lightning, old. Far from city center. Only if you drive there and prefer to be far from center.

Not really a stellar accommodation, but OK for one night. Also, they were friendly at the reception and the breakfast was good. Plus, if you need to go for a good dinner check out the Greek restaurant Dionysos which is close by. Awesome food and great service!

Very impressed with this hotel!
Very well located just north west of Munich, 300m from the end of the motorway, but in a completely quiet, preserved environment, next to a little river/stream, and an excellent Indian restaurant. next door.
Very comfortable, firm beds, hot, powerful shower, excellent WiFi throughout the hotel, and even through to the Indian restaurant.
Definitely an address to keep.

Disgusting. Stay elsewhere.
We stayed for four nights in room 21 and were mauled by Bed bugs. It took us till the final evening to realise that it was bed bugs biting us as we had never encountered these insects before. I spent the following week itching like crazy with multiple bites and welts. The hotel reimbursed us for 3 of our 4 nights only after some effort on our part. Just now I read other reviews (e.g., ReiserSydney - why oh why didn't I read this earlier) about bedbugs in the same room the month before - THE HOTEL KNEW THEY WERE THERE AND STILL LET PEOPLE STAY IN THE ROOM!! This is Appalling. The hotel did refund three of our four nights on being advised of the problem but refused to refund all four nights. In addition, the corridor outside our room had one of those nasty air "fresheners" installed so there was a horrible cloying and sickly smell and taste whenever we went up the stairs. There were no staff available in the evening and no one answered the phone when we discovered the bedbugs late on our last night. As our room was directly above the (absolutely fabulous) adjacent Indian restaurant dining tables we could smell the food if the windows were open (not a problem for us but might be for some) and also peoples cigarette smoke. It was hot and the room wasn't airconditioned. Basically my advice is book elsewhere.
