5€ for wifi that doesn't even work. Hot water 2€. Parking is not free. It's 7€ per day where you can park 10 meters down the road for free. A guy standing outside at 11pm just to make sure no one parks for free. Toilet paper had to be asked for. Very far from the center, but that's something I knew before booking.

This place is nice actually, cozy, big space of the room, clean
But there is many rules apply ????
We cannot cook, or use anything that make heat or smoke, even just water heat jug.
And there is no kitchen facility
We have to pay more for almost everything, wifi, food, water, shuttle etc
One thing we like from here is the hospitality of the front officer, they are so helping for tourist who dont know anything about this area like us????
They give us direction and recommend some places to go. Thank you ????

The room is great, we were able to get a 5 bed room for an extremely reasonable price. Everything is very clean, and the staff are pleasant. The breakfast options are delicious, although the coffee isn't great.

Awful experience, room was not cleaned at check in, furniture was dirty, beds smelled and the floor was sticky in the room. We noticed a guy selling drugs outside and the area have several shady looking “OPEN” signs in apartments around the area.

Guests will find restaurants within 150 m around Hotel New Fair Munich Messe. The biggstest Shopping Center in only 2 km faraway.
The "Theresienwiese"/ october festival is 10 km away from the hotel, Munich’s historic Old Town is only 8 km away.

just 1 Metro stop to ICM/Messe.

The Underground Station U2 "Am Moosfeld" is about 300 metres from the hotel and provides easy connections around the city.

how to get to hotel:
You can take Train S1 or S8 from Airport to main Station(Hauptbahnhof), then change subway/metro U2(direction: Messestadt OSt), take off at Moosfeld, it takes only 5 minutes to walk from the sation to hotel.

Check-in time: 15:00-21:00, check out till 11:00

Bed bugs! Now my house is infested. Would not recommend, in fact I'm thinking of taking legal action for the cost of ridding my family of these little pests.

Basic but big rooms, clean, and friendly staff (expensive but what can one do; this is Munich)
