Lucky I have given one star. We were travelling as part of Expat Explore tour and this is the start and finish hotel. We booked one night prior to tour and had no issues however we asked if we could keep the same room for the first night of the tour. Apparently we asked too much, receptionist was not happy but begrudgingly updated our room key, but when getting to the room it did not work and she was very annoyed when we went back down to have fixed. Later that evening someone else had been given our room and tried to come in but we had a dead lock on door so they could not enter.
We also booked 2 additional nights post tour and we received notification a day prior to arriving that our booking had been cancelled (during Oktoberfest so limited other hotels available) along with others in our tour group. I messaged the hotel to explain we would already be at the hotel the night before and was it at all possible for them to honour the extra nights booked to which they assured me it was fine. We arrived at hotel with tour group and I spoke to reception again to see if possible to keep same room for the additional nights and again was assured yes and our booking still stood. However received an email at 4am (while we were already sleeping at the hotel) to advise that booking had been cancelled. Fortunately we were able to find another hotel at the last minute which ended up being cheaper and nicer. Would never stay at Bento Inn and would advise others not to either. Very disappointing.

The receptionist was good (the only reason for the extra star)

The location is AWFUL unless you're attending at the conference centre. Even then it's 2km away. Really, Really depressing vibe; near to run down strip clubs, saunas, gambling halls and car body shops.

Something fishy with the reviews for this place as one reviewer has written "good for downtown" when anything remotely "downtown" is a 2,5hr march or a 45min, 2 train underground ride.

Breakfast extra. 10€ for low quality. No place to eat within a 3km radius apart from one god forsaken Italian place if you feel like taking your life in your hands.

Clothes wash facilities are through an app "We Wash"..disaster...6€ down already and clothes not washed. Hotel staff "nothing to do with us; different company."

Room baking hot, no air con, no fan, no sleep.

Convenience store in hotel has very basic goods at extra 100% mark up above normal convenience store prices (which are already extortionate).

All in all one of the most depressing and soul destroying overnight stays of my entire life.

Be wise and stay elsewhere especially if you are feeling low...this place could be the last straw.

If you're not feeling down you will by the time you leave here.

Most things about this hotel are great. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The cleaning ia done well every day. However, the location is a bit far from the train station. The reception can be more welcoming.

I am staying in this hotel for 7 days. It's good . Before you reserve this hotel you should consider these Aspects:
1. The hotel is located in industrial estate, for shopping you should go to trudering which central part is.On foot takes 30 minutes
2. Breakfasts are not included you should pay 9.80 Euro for breakfast. Be careful on holidays the breakfast lounges is totally crowded.
3. A gym is located in underground level . It's not big but it has good facilities . The only problem is air-conditioning it gets warm. Cause there is no window or air-condition.

The rooms are neat and clean, location is alright with the underground in walking distance. But breakfast was a disaster on Saturday morning. We were asked to wait 10 minutes before entering which was understandable considering the crowded breakfast room. Once we were welcome it was chaos. No trays, no plates, no knifes, no cups.. Personnel was working hard to get new supplies, but the queue wasn't getting shorter and also one of the 2 coffee machines was not working..

The hotel's location doesn't seem that good at first glance but it's actually really good: you can walk to the U2 metro station 'Moosfeld' within 5 minutes and need another 20 minutes to the city. Drawbacks are that the room is really hot during summer and the windows can't be left open due to the noisy streets.

Strategic position, right outside the autobahn, this hotel is very big and comfortable. We found some water in the room and two glasses. The room was very clean and big enough for two people and there was a small room with shower and another room with the WC. there isn't the moquette on the floor, that is quite nice! The TV has many foreign channels and it is compatible with your Netflix account. At the entrance of the hotel, there is a room where you can buy food and drinks, and hot pizza, too. You can choose between big and normal pizzas and there are some different flouvers. Staff is nice and the the car par is very big - you can choose between the open one (for free) and the covered one (5€ per day).
Breakfast is a bit confusing in the weekends, but there are many types of food and drinks.
