We booked this hotel through booking.com
Paid full amount by credit card. Received room 45 mins late from checkin time. And before even checkout time one lady opened the door with their password without even knocking. After checkout I was charged 500 euros from my credit card without my authorization for no reason. (They secretly  save your card details when you book online) The reception lady didn't even knew what was it for. Later they said we made a party there. They made a video and sent us. It was just because there was a cake inside the room they judged us. We never did a party at all, we cut a cake for my birthday. And they even show the bed and trash cans in the video like what??? We can't even sleep on the bed or what?? We did not damage their property. Later when I ask about this 500 euros, they don't even reply now. How unprofessional and cheap is that. And stealing money like this. The person call Marion who is the one to deal with this matter not even replying. I asked if she cannot reply, give a responsible person to talk to. NO! No reply at all. And later when I saw the Google reviews of this hotel, they have a history of doing like this kind of cheap things. Look for older reviews please.
I would like to say to this cheap hotel
We did not do party at all. If you really really want to accuse us faking things to steal money, the rules in Munich has changed from 17th March. And we came on 20th.
These are some screenshots of that video for them to charge 500 euros. And the unprofessional person.
I wish karma will hit you hard and your bunker will blast for doing these type of cheap things.

Although the interior design sometimes functions in a somewhat odd manner, this modern studio on the ground floor offers many interesting advantages. Very close to public transport and all the conveniences needed for our month-long stay in Munich, it has plenty of light and comes with access to a small private kitchen and a shared laundry.

I stayed at the Hotel im Bunker and overall the stay was okay to good yet there is room for improvement and this review might especially be of interest for guests who are planning a long term stay such as I did.

To start with the pros of the hotel are:
- Fresh and new room and bathroom
- Great rooftop with a 360 degree view
- Location: 3 minutes walking distance to the commuter train which takes you within approx. 20 to the city centre, proximity to restaurants as well as supermarkets, plenty of parking spots are available on the street

Yet there have also been several negative aspects with the Hotel im Bunker which I would like to point out in the following:

- Cleaning: The reception was not able to tell in advance when my room was going to be cleaned, it happened twice during my stay that the room was not cleaned for more then a week. As there is currently a big construction side outside of the hotel, the room got dirty super quickly due to all the dust, this was not considered at all by the hotel staff. Even after asking for cleaning the room was not cleaned and I simply had to wait and hope every day that my room was to be cleaned. Also did the hotel not change my towels during that time and my opinion is that after a few days a new set of towels does not harm

The biggest negative point about the hotel is the poor customer service of the hotel management, here a few examples:
- In case of any issues it was hard to reach the hotel management (even at regular working hours). When the management was reached I always had the impression that even with normal concerns (such as example a defect of an iron) of a hotel guest I was annoying the management instead of being treated in a friendly way
-The booking system of the hotel seems not to be managed in an optimal way: It happened that the codes to enter the building and the rooms where changed without letting the guests knowing about that change. This lead to the fact that I (and other guests) had to wait outside the building or outside the rooms (while the management was hard to reach…)
- Also did I experienced that another guest who had made a booking could not stay at the Hotel im Bunker as the hotel was apparently overbooked.
- The reception is supposed to be occupied every morning - this was not the case either. In combination with the concerns mentioned aboved, this made it hard to get information of the hotel when needed.

In total:
I can recommend the Hotel im Bunker for people who only want to stay a few days.
The hotel has due to the unique character of the building, its location and the standard of the rooms a great potential. If customer service is improved and the hotel emphasizes on putting the well-being of their guests in the center while improving its communication I would also recommend this place for long-term stays.

Made a reservation, 6 months before Oktoberfest 2019 and paid for 3 rooms / 6 people.

1 week before arrival the hotel cancelled because of “water damage” and promised to restitute the money.

Soon after the confirmation they stopped responding. Now 1.5 years later, they never paid back and never respond to any form of communication. The claim even went to court, but no response either way.

Stay away from these people.

Be aware for this hotel. They cancelled our booking because the hotel was flooded. Until today they did not refund anything. So far the only thing we got from them is a big headache.

If google allowed I would have given them 0 stars.

A shame that in these days such a company can still operate, and act like they are a genuine business. Unfortunately it’s just a bunch of ordinary scammers.

The room was really nice, and it's very conveniently close to the train station. With the room came a lot of utilities in case you want to cook food yourself etc. Tho supermarkets are quite scarce in Munich... The area has nothing of interest, other than a bakery. Stayed in June, and it was quite hot - unfortunately the room had no AC. Idk if other rooms has it.
