This is a great place to stay. The area is very quiet, the staff is very friendly. I needed their help several times, for printing/scanning something, for help posting a letter, and advice to finding places etc., they helped with all my questions. I had a great stay. Loved the breakfast, that's not to be missed. The only thing which it doesn't have, is a restaurant, for everything else, its great and great value for money.

This is a nice, clean little hotel about a mile from the train station. The rooms are small by American standards, but in line with everything I've seen in Europe. The breakfast is extra, but good.

The walk from the train station is pleasant, and feels less than the .9 miles it is. It looks like a bus goes by, but I didn't take that.

I plan to stay here again when in Munich.

Booked this hotel a few days before coming to see oktoberfest and start my first vacation in germany.
This small hotel is very nice, in a safe quiet neighborhood with a small grocery store and restaurant just around the corner and close to bus stations. The breakfast for 9 euro is absolutely delicious and starts the morning off right. The free wifi is good quality and an added bonus. This is also a very clean place, I have no complaints. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always having a smile on their faces.
I had a wonderful stay here and next time I'm in Munich this will be a go to place!

Cozy little hotel, but definitely overpriced during Oktoberfest. My single room was so small that you have to sit sideways on the toilet or you break your kneecaps against the wall. Wi-Fi very unreliable, and cellular coverage is worse than anything I've seen before. Breakfast is good if you like German breakfast with buns and lots of stuff to put on them.

Licemy family run traditional hotel. Very clean. Staff always cheerful and helpful. Breakfast very good quality and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend

I have really enjoyed my few days stay at Hotel Heigl. The hotel location is very interesting, it is beautiful countryside with forest park where you can do some sports like cycling, running or just walking. It is also only something like 25-30 minutes to the city center of München, so you can enjoy yours time visiting the city as well :)
It is very close to local railway station or somewhat farther to Underground, there is also local public transport(bus) or you can always call a taxi. There is also local car parking if you have a car. There are a few restaurants with good traditional bavarian food in the hotel neighbourhood.
Hotel is a few floors building. I liked my single room, it was equipted with all the things you need like: bed, table with chair, telephone, TV, WiFi internet, private toilet with shower cabin. There was also a very good european styled breakfast served in the morning. Very nice and helpful staff. In general the hotel was very clean and tidy.

I booked a two night stay for 200 euro, but was unable to make the trip because of two major catigory 5 hurricanes (irma and maria). The hotel would not make any exceptions and only refunded me 20 euro (You only get max 10% back). The island I was living on (st thomas, VI) had no phone or internet service for me to cancel or change dates.
They are at worst thieves and at the least not compassionate. Skip this place. If they won't return money back to someone who has been through and still is in a dire situation, they're just money hungry and willing to hurt people over money. Unless that's your thing.
