The basic top/bottom bunk room is great for single travelers or a pair of friends. Room is fairly small, but clean and neat. The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful - they let me store my bag for a whole afternoon after checking out. 24 hour staffing meant that arriving at 10 pm was no problem. Overall good value!

Lovely hotel. Our first time in Munich. Walking distance to all the big shops. Walking distance to all of the sights and restaurants. On a nice quiet street. Friendly reception. Clean room and very clean bathroom. Little mini fridge in room which is very handy as there is a supermarket in the next street so we were able to buy some snacks and drinks. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The rooms are really nice but the management of the hotel is just off. There was no interest in understanding my situation as a customer and they just wanted to earn more money. Our situation was that I booked a twin room but in this hotel there must be two people assigned to the booking for having it as a couple. I tried for 20 minutes to explain my situation but the person was not willing at all to understand me. This is not the fault of the stuff, this is the fault of very bad management which is not leading but managing they’re employees!

Terrible service. Just tried to check in (12pm). We explained that we have a tired and sick baby and asked if we can check in now instead of 3pm, if the room is ready. The old lady at the reception didn’t even bother to check and immediately rejected saying check in is strictly at 3pm.

Way to go for customer service huh?

Although I stayed for one night it was good. Clean room, nice staff and its very close to the main sights of the city and most importantly the main train station

Good and friendly service with 24hr availability. Clean rooms in the style of an old luxury train in navy royal blue and wood.

What a beautiful room and amenities. Huge bathtub, double granite sinks, open bay shower, big TV and somehow the thin mattress beds are quite comfortable. Very nice staff as well. Only downside is the little commons area across the street is ROUGH with ROUGH people at times and lots of broken glass and trash. Didn't take away from experience, just avoid that small area.
