Great, clean and spacious room for 4 guests, 2 adults and two children. Solid and varied breakfast. Strategic location, some nice restaurants in the neighborhood and close to English garden, allowing to easily leave the city for nature.

The location close to English garden is perfect. Parking on the street outside the hotel, we got lucky and find a spot right outside the entrance. The staff is really helpful and friendly. One negative is that the rooms don't have air con, and our room was close to the elevator, so whenever someone was using it, there was a whining noise in the room.

Would stay again.

Perfekt breakfast, super cute gingerbread man for the kids. Rooms a decent price quality is really good!
Only one start down, they didn't check my vaccination record at all! Seriously that's not good right now!

GOOD: Friendly staff + spacious, clean rooms + great location near Englischer Garten and a nice walk to the city center (~15 min).
BAD: We did a Bayern trip and stayed at 5 different hotels and this one was the ONLY hotel where we had to pay 20 € (!!!) for a baby bed, although we payed for a room for 2 adults and 1 baby.
Would also really not recommend the breakfast though, very small portions and low quality.. and there are a lot of nice bakeries nearby.

This hotel is neat and clean, looks nice and has a good breakfast. The bed was a bit hard, but not too bad. If you get a room at the front of the building, be aware that there is no air conditioning, and a lot of street noise. Our first night we got hardly any sleep, the next night we closed the windows, and it was hotter in our room but quieter. (This was a visit in early June.) However, the hotel isn't responsible for the noise outside, so I can't really fault them for that. Also, my brother stayed down the hall on the opposite side of the hotel, and he said he couldn't believe how quiet it was, so it all depends on which room you get and what time of year you visit.
