Poorest service ever!!
I have ordered noodle with Lamb and I have made it clear that I read aloud the name of the dish twice in German to the waiter. And he has repeated that as well. But then he took a lamb rice to me. I told him it’s wrong, but he insisted that’s not his fault but mine. Instead of changing the dish, he insisted that I told him the wrong number. But what hilarious is that, I didn’t even say any number, cause I just told him the directly name of the dish. The argue lasted for a while, and no one from the restaurant helped solve the problem!! The waiter said I should reorder again! It’s crazy??? Luckily another customer, who sat next to us, helped us, and said what he witnessed. Finally another waitress helped me solved the problem, but they excused that was a language problem. But I would recognise that as a attitude problem. How come they blame a customer instead of offering help?????
