Excellent hôtel. The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. The location is optimal, close to many undergrounds, bus and tram stops. The room itself was clean, we had a suite which offered our family of three enough space for our two-week stay in this hotel. The breakfast was great and filling, with a variety of healthy options. We will be happy to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

The Nikolai hotel provided unsurpassed service, great location and very nice accommodations. There was easy access to the Munich subway system, and I could quickly and easily be throughout the city. The location was quiet, but with plenty of restaurants right around the corner. The staff was top notch. They made the stay excellent. I highly recommend Nikolai hotel.

I have spent one night there! Clean and friendly staff.. with a good breakfast.. the price was too high for this category of hotel 260€ / this hotel has not even a 3 Stars.. very loud due to the bar in the floor level and the small park which attract a lot of junkies in the night. All in all the hotel should review the price.

We had a great stay at the Nikolai Hotel. The personal was very polite and forthcoming, the breakfast delicious and service was perfect.

Nice hotel in a great location in Schwabing just off Leopoldstrasse, with walking distance of many different stores, restaurants and Munich attractions. The room was clean and quiet, and the rate was very reasonable (including a nice breakfast) despite being in a popular area. The staff were consistently very friendly and helpful, including accommodating my need to stay an extra week and attend to some special needs. Hotel staff definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend Das Nikolai.

Always good to stay here when in Munich - very helpful staff and nice to stay in a hotel which is focused on guest satisfaction, rather than gouging out the last pfennig, like the chain hotels.
