Very clean, updated room with excellent bedding. Quiet area if you're facing out the north side of the building. Shower was very leaky, and the coffee maker was not up to modern standard, plus there was no mini fridge in the room. Surprising for a Holiday Inn. The breakfast buffet provided an excellent array of choices that the crowds made it quite uncomfortable at the beginning of the "shift" we had to sign up for. I guess they have to do this given the sheer size of the hotel, and given COVID spacing, but it was just ridiculously crowded around the buffet.

Lovely clean rooms and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Yes, there is not a lot of space in the room, but they are not designed for long stays. Location is fantastic, right next to the station. The only thing was that the breakfast was a bit...basic...but it's fine, you can eat.

Everything feels rather new and fresh, air conditioning working satisfactory and hotel pretty quiet. Good bathrooms and showers.
On the plus side, located near the Sbahn station allowing quick connections to the city and also direct to the airport.
On the negative side, no restaurant available for food in the evening.

Excellent location! Hotel is very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are quite plain, no shelves but also not designed for longer stays.
The location near local train station, Hirschgarten about 4 minutes away, is very convenient. Also a grocery store is about 4 minutes away.

Very modern and comfortable rooms. Super convenient to the Hirschgarten S-Bahn station. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are good but the cleaning staff are lazy. No cleaning of cups or coffee refills.
Breakfast at the weekend is a shambles. Too many people with no control. Guests are ignorant and refuse to queue. Monday to Thursday this hotel is great but it goes downhill rapidly on a weekend.

Solid offering, attractive new build. Short walk to S-Bahn and windows ensure no exterior sounds. Rooms reasonable sized, Internet u0026 lighting fine, AC worked well (rare in Germany), bath well illuminated and plenty of hot water. Interesting functional work desk. USB outlets bedside.

Front desk staff professional. Two maintenance issues during my long stay handled quickly (I blew the power out accidently). Overall this is a definite return visit.

Breakfast area gets overwhelmed when hotel is full offerings were decent (it's a Express hotel so don't expect a big business buffet). Staff worked hard to keep areas clean. It's attractive but busy.

Downsides - cleaning staff wasn't consistent. Room was bit dusty to start (I cleaned it) but this was more a minor nit. Windows do open!

Tips for hotel owner: Need to move the smoking area AWAY from front door. Bit off putting upon arrival to see heaps of people blowing smoke!

Hints if you go: A little new shopping area is a 2 min walk, the ReWe is amazing and has food to go (excellent veg offerings). Hirschgarten beer is a beautiful 10 min stroll (food is only OK). Behind the Flixbus buiding is a late night club but has a small Nachtgarden beer spot that is quiet in the early hours and very cute and trendy. ArteBianca is authentic Italian pizza (very good), 15 min walk. Athos Pallas Greek Restaurant is short walk and excellent as well. If you need to wash the Eco-Express Agnes-Bernauer-Straße is 15 min by foot (cash only) well maintained machines.
