I've been coming here regularly for about a year and it's one of my favourite spots in town for sure. The quality of the fish is very good, portion size is just right, the service is excellent, and overall a great experience. If you're craving that authentic Japanese cuisine I very much recommend it!

Authentic Japanese food that offers more than just sushi and ramen. I ordered the sabashio, which is grilled mackerel with a dollop of grated Daikon radish. It's a beloved favorite Japanese dish that is often eaten in a japanese home but i haven't found it served anywhere in other japanese restaurants in Munich. This is a real treasure I've found! The karaage, Japanese fried chicken, is also amazing. I've tried several places in Munich for karaage and this one is one of the best I've tried so far! The service is also really nice because the people are very polite. I also like the nice simple interior, japanese minimalism style. It's a small place but nice and cozy.

This restaurant ist one of the restaurants, where Münchner can eat average level of the Japanese food in Munich, which tastes quite Japanese like. In comparison to the price with quality of the food here, if the food includes raw fishes, the price over 17€ and almost between 23-30€ for a meal, which I find quite expensive.

The rice is well cooked and marinated yummy as a Sushi-rice and enough sticky but the Don with raw fish is served with thin sliced raw fishes and even small portion... That’s why I feel the price is quite expensive.

And the service of the workers should be improved,, I felt uncomfortable with the different behaviors to the different clients.

Hague Ana is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Munich. You need to make a reservation before, it’s a really small place with 8 or 10 tables maximum. The food it’s very good!

In one word.. fantastic! Authentic Japanese restaurant with a lot of finesse..Extremely nice personnel u0026 super great food . Top Notch❤️

Xtra info:2nd visit was a bit of a disaster: rushed atmosphere.. Please do not let a guy from nearly 2 meter sit at that smallest spot in the restaurant !?have a little bit of sense of your customers. Food was not so great, to sweet and lack of finesse. For these pricesI I was kind of shocked after all I spent €150 2p inc Sake. Ordering was bad as well had to ask three times for sake and was still dry.. i’m thinking I’m gonna try another Japanese restaurant..to come to think that I brought someone especially to introduce her to the Japanese kitchen, not successful. The five star I will change now to a three star and it’s half a star to much... please get your act together and keep the high standard i found the first time.

Was for dinner at this place. Ate one of the best flavored soups as main dish, was getting served with kindness and will definitely come again for this place!! A must Go if nearby
