Rude employees especially at the trial section. Customers should be the king but unfortunately at this store the employees think they own customers. Hu0026M should really look into this before running out of business.

Customer service is not good at all. I found a shirt that I really liked it but it had many black spots. Was it dirt or black paint, I couldn't tell. No one around, so I waited in line to talk to cashier about it. Lol, the answer from cashier was: " buy it and wash it home, if it doesn't go away, return it", ????????. I came from Canada for work in south of Munich, and went to city to look around, but never thought that I have to wash hu0026m merchandise!!! I couldn't tell, who was customer at that moment. Very disappointing with the service. Will never go or buy anything there.

Good place but in Men section there are really few items. If you compare with woman section its really small section for men and and many items were only available in L and XL size.

Very cluttered, if you're looking for a specific thing good luck because you're gonna search for literal hours. If you just want to look around they have lots of modern fashionable things, but the quality is quite cheap..

Various sorts of clothing available here with good pricing, but please compare price if you can get similar item with Primark next door.. happy shopping..
