Once of the worst experience. The wait at the emergency room was wayyy to long…
As long as you are breathing they think there is no reason to speed up… Staff at the registration office speak no English and have attitude for no reason. It’s your job ppl to give full information. You are not doing anyone a favor.
Thankfully dr. Bouhris ans dr. Philipp were quite explanatory.

I asked politely in the phone to speak in English because some medical terms were hard to say in German. But someone kept the line hangs up immediately after asking.

I felt very uncomfortable during the stay in hospital. The nurses are great and caring. The doctors are okay, but some of the doctors is not happy when there is language barrier.
The disaster part is ordering the food with a lady, she was so aggressive when you don't speak german. She continuously increased her voice when you don't understand the cuisine. I highly recommended digitalize the menu or just serve everyone the same.

If you don’t mind last-minute doctor changes for your operation from a specialist to a doctor assistant without your consent, and the doctor getting frustrated for answering your medical questions, then definitely go for this place.
In short, a catastrophic experience.

General: I had good experience as a patient here. Friendly and professional nurses. Informative, heart-warming and professional doctors.

in detail
hygiene: on TOP! Very strict regarding COVID-regulations! (understandable)
staff nurses: super friendly, very professional and yet very heart-warming
staff doctors: professional, very compentent and keeps you up to date with very recent studies
professors: friendly, funny and heart-warming, informative
hygiene staff: keeps patient mood on a good mood level :)
social services: very informative and very helpful!
beaurocracy: unexpectedly manageable

Waste of time. Don’t bother booking appointments, they don't stick to them anyway. Super rude if you don’t speak German. „Teaching hospital“ they say. Teaching not to be prompt and patient care giving more like.

I heard that other hospitals are not doing such a clean job with a brain surgery that's why I came here. Thy did a really really good job which gave me already a more then two years longer live.
Also the regular jeck because of the cancer is always all right. The main Prof who is looking for me always remembers me.

In I9 au0026b are most of the nurses really friendly and do a good job.

I'll expect to get the chosen food. If not latest in the second day I'll expect to choose at least in the second day. Normally we are possible to avoid
