Unfortunately not a good experience, the gravy was extremely watery and not good at all. The food took a long time to arrive and the staff were not exactly very friendly. The Creme brûlée was forgotten, but when it eventually got ordered it was very nice and was absolutely massive. When it came to paying, a mystery €7 bottle of water was on our bill. Luckily we pointed this out. Have been here a few times but I think this was the last

One of my favorite restaurants in Munich. Great atmosphere, great staff and the best Bavarian food! Highly recommended

Four stars for the quality of food, the service team and value for money. Been there twice recently and really like the venue. Especially the outside seating is lovely. One star of five missing because the side salads are a bit too oily. Keep it up!

Schnitzel was perfect and fair price. Service a bit slow but friendly staff!

I was excited to try this place out but it wasn’t as good as I hoped. They have a website for the menu where you can place your order and pay directly which was a nice convenience but even though we used it to place our order, waiter still came to confirm it 15 min later and therefore our order wasn’t processed until the waiter came. We got our starter of bread and butter 30 min later. And the food arrived 1 hour after we had arrived at the restaurant. The outdoor seating atmosphere was nice but they had plastic surfaces to create a warmer outdoor experience which I thought didn’t look very aesthetic. The waiter also brought less cutlery than needed and things like that happened to make the eating experience full of waiting and trying to get the waiters attention etc. The food was good but the portions were very big and filling.

I agree with some of the reviews below as this used to be a good restaurant in the past, however the quality has declined lately.
I was there last Friday with a group of friends and ordered the fried chicken "Backhendl" for myself. When my food arrived, I noticed that some pieces of fried chicken were still raw inside. I told the waitress and she just said that it might have happened since we ordered late (21:40h) a few minutes before the kitchen was closing and they prepared the dish very fast (without apologizing). She then came back with the same pieces of chicken (some of them already eaten by me) that were deep fried once again. I just ate a bit and returned my plate almost full as I did not have any appetite left.
By the time the bill came, she tried to charge us 19,90€ for my Backhendl (fried chicken) stating that I had said that the food was fine after they had fried it again.
After threatening us that she would "call the manager" to speak to us, she managed to remove the dish from the bill after talking with the manager herself. Long story short, I got food poisoning the day after the dinner at Georgenhof. This was a really disappointing experience in what used to be a nice Bavarian restaurant. Definitely our last visit!
