I never seen such a slow service in my life. It took exactly 1 hour to get 2 croissants. There is only 1 waitress serving to 12 tables!

The coffee was really good if ever so slightly milky. The ambiance is great and the staff is friendly. The cakes were alternative but nice. Not too sugary or too fat. All in all a great experience!

The café is bit rough at edge, which is fine for the artists and hipsters, but very casual and relaxing without pretence. I ordered the milk coffee (café au lait, caffè latte, etc.) and received a cup of coffee and a small sauce pitcher filled with milk. I didn't think this was a proper milk coffee. The cup could barely contain both after I poured milk in coffee and mixed them.

Another star removed was for the verbal announcement of minimium amount of €10 for card payment. I absolutely HATE those verbal announcements at end of visit!!! No signage at the door or information printed on the menu to let us know. I protested and was allowed to pay with card.

Staff nice but completely incompetent. They forgot what we ordered. Brought vinegar instead of oil. No sugar at the tables. Then at the end they overchatged us. Veeeery slow.

Favorite coffee place for sunday evening chilling with some friends! You get your privacy, great cocoa and good coffee with an occasional cake. I like the piadinas and sandwiches here too :) rustic, comfy and not hipster!
