Was walking past and brought he ice cream, completely unaware of their policy, sat down on one of the many empty chair and one of their staff came to tell me that ice cream is only a takeaway. I moved out but felt that it is quite rude.... if they have a policy they should clearly display it on the counter. It felt more bad given almost all of the chair was empty !!!!
Importantly the ice cream was not good as well, I wouldn't be shopping from this shop again

In Italy they would have already failed.
For the take-away ice cream in the box they have only filled half of it because they count with the tiny ice cream's balls. And the ice cream being poor quality we could not finish it. They also charged us for the small cups and spoons. They wanted us to pay only in cash and they didn't even give us the receipt. We will never go back again in that place.

I loved their ice cream!!the lady is really nice and polite and fast, and ice creams are amazing!

The ice-cream was okay but the waitress was very rude. She took our order wrong and when we said it, she rudely claimed that's what I told. I am not planning to visit there again. It was very unpleasant.

They did not let us sit and enjoy. They showed a rude behavior in an unacceptable way. You shouldn’t even walk in front of this cafe.
