This review should be written some 3 years ago but better late than never : the food and service provided, right down to their guests, was so good that I stopped dinning in Marienplatz ever since and recommended all my friends to this restaurant. Will be back again once the coronaviral plague is over. With love from Singapore!

Friendly staff and decent food. Only downside that it was pricier than expected because the Schnitzel offer (Tuesdays) didn’t include the Meindl Schnitzel but still worth it.

Great location, attentive but not hovering staff even during a busy lunch period.

The food is very good. Quite large portions, so come hungry. We had to take part of our meals away and were happy to do so.

We visited for lunch on Easter, which was an extra benefit as most places close on Sundays and especially holidays.

It’d be a solid 4 or 4.5 stars on the experience alone, but full marks for being available as well on a day most places close up shop.

We were vacationing in Munich over the holidays and we ate he twice cause it was so good . It was a enjoyable experience and relaxing the staff is so friendly and helpful cause we do not speak German ,they made us feel welcome and my kids loved the lamb they had on Christmas Eve . I wish I could go back again, I loved the stuffed Wiener schnitzel, I wish I could get the recipe so I can cook it in the USA for my family .
