I was quite shock when seller didn't know about " Fish4dogs" food. It is not only that they didn't have it, actually they never heard of it. For Munich and this kind of " XXL" pet shop that is just not acceptable

One of the bigger stores for this chain in Munich. Lots of variety of food for pets, accessories, toys and grooming supplies. Staff are pretty friendly and plenty of parking at the store. I go here often for buying food and other items.

That's a large store with a lot of animals and products. The prices are ok and sometimes cheaper than other stores, has products for cats, dogs, reptiles ( turtles , snakes, turtoise), frogs, rabbits, hamsters, chinchillas and birds. All the aquariums were clean and with healthy fishes, mammals too, lots of rabbits, gerbils, hamsters, etc. Great variety of products from different brands, you'll fine everything you need! I just moved from overseas and found everything I needed for my rabbit. The seller Jonas was nice, helpful and friendly, answered all my questions. Recommended store.

The staff here are so great! They put up with our broken English and helped is find everything we needed to move our kitty over from Munich. They have a large space full of food, toys, shelters and accessories.

Will never go again. We wanted to buy a hamster and went there. They didn't have and told us to come back in two weeks. Before going again we called to make sure they have hamsters for sale and they told us they did.
Once we got there the lady taking care of the hamsters was really rude to us. She was also very violent with the hamsters and my kids were really scared of her. At the end they only had one hamster available and she gave it to another lady who came at the same time as we did, the rude lady decided the hamster was for her probably because we were not German This was the worst customer experience I have ever seen.
