I am a new member and had no issues so far. However, yesterday night my training plan appointment was canceled after waiting for two weeks. Why? Because the instructor didn't speak English. And now, I have to wait for two more weeks. That's not right.

I visited this gym for the first time 2/11/2021 for a ”Kostenlos probetraining” (free tryout) and was met at the reception by a worker. I told her why I was there in English, whereby she replied ”Deutsch, bitte”. I then told her that I don’t speak German and she replied by sighing loudly and saying ”Great…” very sarcastically. I then said ”Kostenlos probetraining” and pointed to the screen where it said that. A man behind me then said the same thing, trying to help, whereby she understood. She then asked me to fill in my contact info om the same screen (an ipad), and when I then filled in my info she sighed loudly, like it was taking too long.

This worker was extremly rude, behaving like this just because I spoke English. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place to international people (nor anyone else, for that matter). I have contacted the customer service about this over a week ago, but not received any reply. The gym itself is okay, but the service doesn't make you feel welcome or want to sign up/ go back.

I'm a member for 4 months now and really have no complaints. I usually train in the morning (~7am) and never have to wait till any equipment is returned or machine isn't occupied. There are some people training at this hour, but I wouldn't call it crowded. The place is clean, contrary to what other people post here, at least in the morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Form time to time some machinery is out of order, but this is to be expected. I'm very satisfied and recommend this place, if you are looking to join a gym.

I am member since 2 years. The facilities are OK. BUT - if you want to get advise you must register first to make an appointement with SirTrainer. And then its a privilege that they attend to your questions. u003d high nose attitude.
If you want to comminicate about payments or anything else you must do it complicated on their website. Asking the staff in the office is of no use. But the last straw that breaks the camel's back is their information policy during the Corona-close down. No automatic refund or reduction. No e-mail to all members on whats going on. There are more customer friendly gym's. Bye.

one of the cheapest fitness studio in Munich. When you subscribe you receive a small package with towel, bag, and bottle. Good equipment (they even installed some fans ) , I really like the lessons, personal/teachers are really nice and helpful. If we compare to Mcfit there is some things to change (especially because the price is increasing from July 2017) : more recent machine , bigger ladies fitness room, shower/hairdryers are not working perfectly.

I like the spinning course here. It's winter and wet and cold outside and I am not a fan to ride a bike outside now, so I decided to attend their course. I think it is really a great class, you can decide how much u want to train urself, and I always try to put a little more everytime. The 3 different trainer are all really friendly, and they always motivate us.

I think after I lose some more weight then I will start to attend other courses. They look all interesting.

Oh and it is a cheaper kind of fitness studio, it doesn't have swim pool or sauna, but here doesn't stink, environment is clean, I only smell one time that really stink only becuz of someone‘s natural body smell....Was strong but it's not the fitness studio. So overall a nice fitness studio!

There’s definitely room for improvement. Everything is great although it tends to get rather full at times, and employees fail to put the fans on, but for the price it’s definitely worth it.

Free drinks, complementary bag and towel once you sign up, I honestly can’t ask for more.
