Such a nice gym! Would never come back, though. I originally subscribed for only 2 months but it was a bloodbath to try to cancel my subscription. The staff at the reception tells you one thing, then their administrative staff says something completely different by email. I actually had to file a complaint with the European Consumer Agency in my country. Waiting for a reply ????

The gym was overcrowded and stinky. Second thing, contract only, so you cannot buy one-time entrance, you need to pay on monthly or yearly basis consecutively. After visiting gym for a single time and forgetting to cancel membership on time I received a check on 70 euros, there were a lot of cancelation fees (about 15 Euros). They also lie about 20 Euros per month. Also, they will take photos of you. Disappointing experience.

In July, I requested a cancellation of my membership via email because I moved to a city where Fit-Star has no gym. I provided the necessary documents as proof. They never replied to my email. In August, I contacted them again via their website support form. I still have not got a reply. The didn't not charge me for 2 months so I thought they took care of it and that their communication was just bad. Today, I am a 120EUR charge in my account. I am planning to call them to find out why they charged me - not easy as they don't have phone number on the website.

The gyms themselves were good. The support when it comes to cancelling your subscription is awful. They will keep ignoring you. That is an awful service and people should know.

I have been billed of 350euros even after i was told my membership is cancelled.During pandemic and lockdown situation its unfair. Fitstar customer service have sent the email and then asking for written contract ending.

I really need help!! Fitstar Please reach out to me and solve this issue.

Good, clean gym with good and clean equipment.

Although the area is quite large, it's mostly clamped with too many machines. Free weights section is too small with just 2 adjustable benches. If you are looking for some serious training this gym is not what you are looking for.

Good gym in terms of space , variety of machines exercises can be done, nice coffee machines, juice and protein shake bar
but..... Due to low price, always full of people, specially evenings specially the cardio machines are all occupied.
So difficult to find a free locker as always full, this is the most annoying part. Also you're not allowed to leave stuff in your locker overnight meaning always availability crunch. Has open shower together in the bathroom area , no cabinets or partition in between which is a bit uncomfortable.
If you are okay with these challenges considering the good points, then go for it or look for a better one and pay a bit more.

The gym is nice and modern. You may find all kinds of equipment. There are group courses. They improve the quality of the gym constantly. The price is very low.

However, keep in mind that wrong type of people may also visit this gym - my old sneakers were stolen (no idea who would need them). Luckily I prevented the theft of my phone - noticed it literally in the thief’s pocket.
