Franziska was the first person in Germany who we spoke with, and wow! She is so confident, polite and friendly. We felt really welcomed, and are excited about our stay in Germany. She was accommodating and offered us a fan for our room. She also offered me part of the coffee and breakfast service. Our experience with Franziska was great as she was flexible, helpful, a good listener, and a reflection of all we hoped Germany would be! Thank you for your help and kindness! We will definitely be back and stay at the Fab hotel! Three cheers!

The place was greater than I expected.
Room was clean, and the view on the balcony was so peaceful.
The store such as supermarket, restaurant,bakery are all within 10 minutes walk from hotel.
I really enjoyed time in here.

Reception staff was very good and helpful. Room is very modern unlike all traditional hotels. Lighting is awesome. Cleanliness also great.. Quality of money was well worth. I'd recommend it to any traveler with or without family.

-Modern furniture. -clean place -Nice people at the reception. Special thanks to Annie at the breakfast who did her best to explain and help.

-Room and toilet very small -No sofa at the room. -Limited varieties at the breakfast. -Hotel parking limited to 4 cars, but anyway you can park your car on the street side.

Very nice hotel in a village-like surrounding. Close to Munich city centre but without the hassle of a city centre. On a 15 minutes drive from Munich Exhibition centre.
Clean, modern rooms with good beds.
Good breakfast. The hotel has no restaurant, but there are several restaurant within walking distance. Parking available (at NO COST!).
Why not 5 stars? Eh, its not Waldorf Astoria. But it offers good value for money. I will stay again.
