Before purchasing an Omega I asked about the service history. The watchmaker Matthias Wohne answered, and I’ll quote him “I have an Omega Service Center in Munich and we made a technical service last month”.

After the watch arrived I brought it to my watchmaker who’s certified as an official Omega service center. He told me the watch had not been serviced for many years. The oils were completely dried up and it was filled with dirt. Upon receiving the information I immediately wrote Matthias Wohne and asked about it. He then answered “we controlled the watch and it worked well for some days so we didn’t make a service. When it’s necessary we do it”. So the owner and watchmaker Matthias Wohne basically just explain that he lied to me.

I had to pay several hundred euros for getting the watch serviced here in Sweden at my local watchmaker.

I would tell anyone to avoid this place as he’s obviously dishonest.

It was also sold but I didn't receive my money so I asked. Then I was told that two complaints were made to Mr. Wohne!! This is unbeliveable. Apparently he messed up and now I'm not getting my money! I would advise against anyone giving a watch to this watchmaker.

Ich habe Anfang Oktober 2021 eine Uhr zu Herrn Wohne zur Revision gegeben. Sie war erst im März fertig. Er hat mir die lange Wartezeit erklärt und deshalb habe ich zunächst keine negative Bewetung hinterlassen. Allerdings musste ich die Omega Seamaster verkaufen und habe sie in Kommission gegeben. Sie wurde auch verkauft aber ich habe mein Geld nicht erhalten, weshalb ich nachfragte. Dann wurde mir gesagt dass beim Herrn Wohne zweimal reklamiert wurde!! Das ist unfassbar. Er hat offenbar gepfuscht und jetzt bekomme ich mein Geld nicht! Ich würde jedem abraten eine Uhr zu diesem Uhrmacher zu geben.

Bei Herrn Wohne und seinem Team ist man in top Hände. Tolle Handwerkskunst, äußerst seriös und zudem preiswert! In meinem Fall war kurz nach der Revision eine Feder gebrochen. Das konnte man vermutlich nicht vorhersehen, und trotzdem wurde mir kulant, und freundlich wie gewohnt, weiter geholfen. Herr Wohne und sein Team hat es sich verdient, dass man diese Adresse weiter empfiehlt!
