The physical trainers were quite good and competent and did not shy from approaching and giving feedback, I liked that. As mentioned by others, the equipment is a bit dated and hygiene is not meeting the price point. The pool is just a gesture, not really usable for sports objectives at this short length.
Customer service and communication felt a bit suspicious and more focused on profit than on great customer experience.
Overall, the gym is even more expensive than some more upscale alternatives existent within 1.5km radius. Just keep looking and you will find them :)

I would like to share my opinion after 5 months being a member of this amazing club. The place and staff are so cool and friendly. I was welcomed by Wanda and she explained the whole gym with patience and I also met a professional trainer named Umut at my first session who gave me a plan explaining all machines in details I have to work with. Nice experience.

Not worth the price.
Balan Strasse has a clean spacious gym, still too crowded after work hours.
In the price category, I would expect shampoo, towels and water to be provided, which was not there.
Equipment is nice and modern, not too different from the other gyms

I attend this gym using Qualitrain which is kind of a partner of Elements.

I usually never had a bad experience, but today the receptionist was first pushing me to take the permanent bandage even I explained that I don't want.
Then he gave me very small one-time bandage even after I asked for a bigger one, he just answered as I get what is available (it's fine so far).

There was missing bench and no possibilities at all to do chest as some of other chest machines were broken and a long quee was there for the available 1 bench.

I asked if the coach is available to ask what can I do for chest but he was not and he informed me that I can go to any other gym if don't like this one as I have Qualitrain in very rude way ( sounded like "leave if you don't like, we don't care about your opinion").

I hope it is just that the receptionist was having a bad day and won't be the regular treatment, very disappointed ????

Very high quality gym with many different facilities that are kept to a high standard. The sauna is especially good here!

Very nice staff. The studio is ideal, very well designed/organized, clean and high end. The group training are very nice as well. The Spa area is at a high standard.
Sometimes it’s crowded in peak time when people finish their work and that’s totally normal. I adjust my timing to fit my needs.

Cool gym, good equipment, friendly and helpful staff. The only problem is lack of (or hardly any) air con in the cardio zone. It’s so hot that you’re sweaty even before you start your training ;)
