Hubby and I stayed for a week. The apartment was roomy with a street view, we were not bothered with street noise in this friendly area. We did take the rubber mattress protector off, as it was cooking us! Though easy access to the cool beers in the vending machines was a real bonus! Also easy access to the external stairs for a ciggy whilst watching abundant wildlife (lots of birds, red squirrel). The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the very best and we can't wait to visit again ❤️*****A1

Be careful!!! The cleaner opened our room with master key card and stole all money from the wallet and backpack while we’ve been downstairs for breakfast. Receptionist and the manager rejected our request for investigation.

The double room that I booked was pretty clean. Just a little bit of dust here and there. It was warm, there were clean towels, lots of toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel, the plates and kitchen were clean as well. The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but for the price they were acceptable. I recommend this place if you plan to stay one night. If it's more than that, then maybe you'll want to find something with more comfort.

The room was big and the kitchen is nice to have. Check in done with a machine and was easy to figure out.

We had a balcony that was accessible by exterior staircase that led to the street. So any creeper could access our balcony in the middle of the night if they wanted to,

The street parking situation was not awesome.

Room was very clean and well equipped and great for the amount we paid! Early check in requested when booking and no problems when we got to the hotel. Very attentive, friendly and accomadating staff. Nearest train station about a 10 minute walk which is ideal. We chose this hotel in this location as it wasn't far from the TonHalle. Should we return to Munich! we would definetly stay again.

Very sketchy location and strange setup for a "hotel" I would not recommend for anyone to stay here. Have to use your key for room to also be able to have electricity by inserting and turning it in a white box on wall. Have to leave key in there right by door or go without electricity. Very small room not much space at all and incredibly noisy with both street noise and other people within the building. With all this we did spend one full night in the hotel.
Despite everything customer service friendly.

One star only because furniture and overall room is new. Except this, this place doesn’t deserve higher rating.

No AC (stay during summer NOT recommended as apartment became an oven during the day), stayed 1 week and NO cleaning, towels were not changed either, despite arranged cleansing in advance twice(!) with the reception. They simply ignored the request.
Reception works from 11:30 to 16:00, no 24/7 service but have phone (not sure how they respond). We arrived late evening and only automatics machine was available for check in, if any problem - you are a screwed.
In general seriously overrated and overpriced, very bad value for money.
