Ich hatte mir bei einem anderen DM Monats-Kontaklinsen geholt, jedoch aus Versehen eine Dioptrie zu niedrig. Den Kassenzettel hatte ich leider schon weggeworfen.
Dennoch konnte ich die falschen Kontaktlinsen gegen neue austauschen!
Ich bin absolut beeindruckt von diesem Kundenservice!!
Davor hatte ich meine Linsen immer bei Rossmann geholt, ab jetzt werde ich IMMER zu Dm gehen.
