I ordered food online to be collected at the place. The notification that the food was ready to be collected arrived 2 minutes before closure time (which is ridiculously at 19:30).
Needless to say I didn't get the food I payed for.
What's worse is that the next day they telephonically denied the missed collection of my order. I went there personally and they bounced me saying that the order was to be collected at another burger king that is 4km far away. I went there and the other burger king didn't know about my order.
Loss of time, money and disrespectful behavior.
