The rooms are clean and tidy. The biggest downside is the parking at the location. They charge 20 euros for a parking space underground. The spots are obviously empty and we were forced to do circles around the hotel and park the car in an unpermitted place as there is no other option.

Very nice Hotel. Very small rooms- for 2 people. Not a lot of space for suitcases. Location-easy access to the airport, but far from the city.

I was here for the IAA in september 2021. Close to the fairgrounds, and even though it is on a sideroad of a busy road, the place looks like a small town center, next to a church with fountain.

At first the personnel might be fairly strict and direct, but (like almost anywhere) if you stay polite and ask for their day then they will open up and they will cheer up your stay.

The German chef has a couple of very good dishes. The schnitzel combines really well with the cranberries and potatoe-apple salad.

The rooms are compact, but all you need. The last star isn't missing because of that, but because of the bit messy registration of our stay (a number of rooms, booked by the company, rotating guests per room), but that might become better when more fairs will take place!

A nice hotel located 650m away from the Riem S2 station. They serve fair breakfast. Comparing to the other hotels prices i think that it is an excellent choice to visit Munich.
The rooms are not very spacious, they are located to the nearby reception building - this is not a problem anyway.
A recommendation to the management is that the reception staff could be more friendly with smile, provide tourist information and have the willingness to service the customers.

Disclaimer: This rating is concerning the annex building.

Overall very nice and genuine hotel, with good and genuine staff and Bavarian friendliness. Restaurant is also great. Riem is a nice and quiet village, but get fast into city with car or S Bahn. So far all 4 stars...

What takes down my rating is the rooms in annex building (feels like a dormitory more than hotel, plus rooms need some refreshing) and limited cleaning hours.

Still overall an OK place - ready to try it another time, but will make sure to book main building next time.
