I paid my first time visit at ChiaChia‘s last Saturday and it was absolutely great! We had Taiwanese salty fried chicken lunch menu and milk tea. They taste exactly like in Taiwan, where my friend comes from. Even my friend was amazed by the taste which brought her home. Besides, they have a variety of bakery including pie, cakes and bread. I packed Chestnut Puffs and Taro muffin. They both tastes great. They take reservation per telephone which I would recommend especially at the weekend!

It is a really cosy and small place so if you really want to sit down as soon as you go in, it is better to book a table in advance. When tables are full, the place gets really packed with people, and you will be sitting really close to other guests, so there will be no 1.5m distance from one another. If you mind about it, it is best to avoid this place during the lunch time.
That aside, the food we had was incredibly tasty and this place is the first place in Europe that I have seen that has a roll cake made with taro potato. And it tasted absolutely amazing. It remind me of home. :)
All the staff were friendly and kind to us. I fell in love with this place instantly and cannot wait to go back there to try something else.

This is such a nice place! ???? We just bumped into it, looking for a coffee u0026 I loved everything - coffee, food, good service u0026 location.
So I have photo only of coffee, they have vegan milk btw, but I also tried vegan bowl - it’s just amazing! Tofu is the best that I’ve tried. You should try it, really!
And the waiter was really nice u0026 friendly, that happens rarely in Munich..

Lovely little place with absolutely delicious food. I liked the savoury meals and loved the sweet treats. I'll definitely recommend ChiaChia's to all my friends and will come back next time I'm in München :)

BBQ pork and teriyaki salmon were delicious. We had for desserts matcha tarte, matcha puff and lemon tartelette - fabulous! The pastry is a bit pricey, but worth it for a treat. The brewed coffee was excellent, and the espresso good. The staff are very nice too, discrete and friendly... and the air conditioning works well.

Decided to have lunch here because of the good reviews on Google. I was disappointed with the food here. Had the beef noddle soup, chia chia bowl with chicken, matcha latte and iced latte. The noodle soup is pretty much black pepper broth and the meat is not tender at all. Chia chia bowl is like poke bowl which is not Taiwanese at all. Matcha iced latte and iced latte, both tasteless. The place is cozy and staffs are friendly. The food, not so much. Maybe just stop by for pastries.

Nice and chilling place to sit and relax after a long day at work. Only downside is that it closes pretty early but that's understandable since they open really early. The food is delicious regardless of what you ordered and the matcha tart is to die for
