First off, service was excellent, from reception to cleaning staff! Rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. However, the buildings are a bit old, corridors have a slight stuffy smell. WiFi isn't great, as some VoIP services are blocked. Only 2 washing machines for 3 buildings. Tokens for the washing machine must be bought at reception (3€ per wash). Finally, all lights in the room are halogen which generates unnecessary heat during the summer. Also, there were no fans in the room.

It's a great accommodation, with great facilities, gym, paid laundry, reception, heating, lift, kitchen, room service and much more. Great surroundings and one of the best customer services I received so far. There is some option for improvement regarding Wi-Fi and bathroom size. Definitely Recommended.

Perfect place for business trip. Breakfast starting from 6:30 local time it's amazing and very convenient if as example morning meeting planned. Gym also available from 6:30 and it's also good by same reason. Rooms with kitchen and freezer. Near quite green park for walking or morning ride. One little minus very small shower cabin :) enough closely with my 190cm high. Building itself looks nice and eco with green on the wall's

Good location near subway in a quite part of Munich. Rooms were clean and nice, service and staff were great. Hotel is an older one and only the rooms were reconstructed. The gym is poor and dead bugs were found nearly everywhere. Besides this, it is a good value for the price.

Of course this is not a 4 star hotel, but you know that when you book it. But it was close to a subway, it was clean and big enough and the breakfast had everything you would expect. So for a 1 night stay on a business trip it was ok. Would I recommend it for a family vacation, probably not. But then again for Munich it was cheap

Good value for money. Friendly helpful staff. Good local shops. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Bedroom was sparse and basic. Early evening residential noise but quite at night. Local church bells are audible but nice if you like them.

Pretty great, calm location, lots of ways to get there since got underground train, tram and bus stations close. People at front desk very nice and helpful. Lots of changes in different languages and pretty nice breakfast. Only star out because of no air conditioning, can get quite hot in the summer
