I decided to call and this super nice and friendly lady called Trina took the time to answer each of my very specific questions about materials, options and so on, later on I found out I was talking to one of their goldsmiths, I have never experienced this level of customer service from many jeweller before so I decided to place my order, a custom order taking one of their designs with a crazy idea of mine, these were around 3 weeks of calls and texts back and forth to fine-tune all the little details of my pieces, it was very clear to me that Capulet has the customer satisfaction and the quality of their pieces as their very first priority. I received my order today and I was just blown away, my pieces were crafted to perfection with an amount of detail that really made me feel VIP, the package was impeccably and elegantly presented, what can I say ? Wir haben hier Eheringe gekauft und leider wurde wir nicht richtig beraten. Nun löst sich nach nicht mal mehr einem Jahr das Gold an meinem Ring. Auf Nachfrage (Garantie oder ähnliches) wurde mir angeboten den Ring dicker zu vergolden aber nur wenn ich die Hälfte der Kosten trage. Bei meinem Mann gibt es keine Probleme am Ring. Schade, dachte es wäre wie in Trauring Studios mit Garantie und Kundenservice. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst wären wir nicht von BW nach München gefahren um sie zu bestellen.
Fazit: Es ist einfach „hochwertige“ Modeschmuck und mehr nicht.
