The front desk service is 24hrs/7days, that is super good because we arrived very late at night. Although the room we checked in had an insect, the front desk man helped us to change a room quickly. The men who work at front desk day or night are all super kind and nice, they are willing to help if there is any need, so, I'd rate their service 5 ⭐????⭐????⭐ Thank you!

Firstly it’s in the middle of industrial estate with a rough entrance and so we went upstairs where there was an empty desk. The staff were outside smoking in the outdoor area you can see in picture. The entrance does not reflect any of these photos. The cleaner who was lovely told them we were waiting and they continued to smoke . Construction work is taking place outside when you wake and even though checkout is at 11,a woman who was so rude was banging on door at 10am. While it’s advertising says hotel its hotel u0026 hostel. We were asked if it’s hotel or hostel and we said hotel. We asked about lift and told it wasn’t working. Someone’s lunch was sitting on the counter in front of us when checking in. way nicer hotels with similar value in Munich. If it’s a hostel you want there’s still better hostels with polite staff in Munich Centre. We paid €80/night . Avoid this place. I think of all reviews on the many hotels my family or I have experienced this is the worst.

I would like to publicly shame this hotel because we booked a room 2 days before we were supposed to get there, but we had to cancel the day before because my girlfriend had just found out that she was diagnosed with cancer. We explained that to the hotel and that right now we will need all our available funds for treatment and they still charged us 130€ for the room. Then no replies from them for weeks. Hope you will survive the winter and the gas prices with those 130€.

I paid 60€/ night for only bed and shower!! it's so expensive. In the room there are no Minibar, air conditioner or water boiler.

Unfortunately this will be my last stay at Cu0026N. The rooms where clean and basic, but our request of getting new towels and toilet paper was ignored in the first time. We had to ask again and were treated very unfriendly.
The staff is unmotivated and careless so do not expect a hello and goodbye. The lobby is not welcoming at all and the effort in the hotel is reduced to the bare minimum.
If you are looking for a cheap alternative 15 minutes by car from the city center, this is your place to be.

Far from any subway station. There were bugs in the hallway
