They said to me to go in America to speak English, not in Germany
I’m visiting Germany for a week
But is going to be last time
Because serving and employees they are horrible with clients
Not understand why all this
Why they can’t be nice
Burger King is good , but is matters a lot who serving you .
Hope someone can take responsibility for that

The opening time is not right... it's showing that on Wednesday the store is opened till 1 a.m. which is not.

20:30 and it's closed already.

I stopped going here after watching Team Walraff on RTL. Google burger King scandal and this is the one serving rotten food, serving chicken patties when they ran out of vegan chicken burgers, and the employees and restaurant is very very dirty unhygienic. The inspectors need to close this place down asap!

Pros:-
Good location.
Very clean.
Plenty of places to be seated

Contra:-
Employees are very slow and long waiting hours.

Sunday 7pm: paper bags also to dine-in, closed toilets, horrible parking where you have to wait the whole drive thru line (super slow) to get out. DO NOT GO!

Worst BK experience ever. This place highly lean on the the brand power of the BK yet does everything to ruin the reputation of the brand. I can write an essay on the things that they are doing wrong. But I can say that I had to wait 30mins just to order.
The workers are just hanging around, no idea what they are doing. No supervision whatsoever. The owner of this place is obviously caring just the money that cashier makes.
Workers are also rude and not customers centric at all. BK HQ should treat this place as an internal treat to their brand.

Gave the wrong flavor of milk shake and lying that the machine is broken and then the manger intervene and gave the right milk shake…liars and unprofessional staff
