Burger King Munich

This is a review for burger king in Sonnenstraße 6, 80331 München.
Date: 22.06.2022 and Time : 09.10 hours.
They are supposed to open by 09.00 hrs. But they didn't. I could see a person talking in a phone inside and i waved at them. No response from them.
Is this how you treat your customer?

Many bad things

I go here frequently and everytime something is wrong.

Today, my fries ???? were cooked many hours ahead, my sprite was just a water with bubbles, and the burgers were cold as the fries, and the salad in them was a little yellow.

Shortly, this burger King branch is too bad ???? but the other ones are worth it ????

Don’t ever think to go there

Tables are dirty, ketchup and mayonnaise are all over the chairs.

Order machines are all broken.

Cashiers are so so so slow even though there were only 4 customers

Cleaning guy seems enjoying the view of all the mess without doing anything

Just go 200m you’ll find McDonalds and see the difference

Typical burger king. Not that clean, as it is in most burger kings I have visited. The girl that took our order did not speak any English. Maybe a few words. Burgers are getting smaller year after year. The toilet was accessible only if you pay extra. They should allow you to enter the toilet if you have ordered food. The food in general is typical junk food and the place is not nice.

Very arrogant employee, I recommend everyone to think twice before eating here. The Machines were not working, it was dirty and very sad. It spoiled our mood for the whole evening. This experience made me hating Burger King for another 10 years

No receipts at all.
2 of the 3 order computers are switched off.
The remaining machine didn’t print at end because no papers. So I have to memorize my order number. Also the worker when she gave me the order, no receipt also !!!!

The Pommes with halibino is very bad prepared.

The milkshake even not stirred.

The burger King of Stachus in Munich.
The food wasn't tasty and fresh, they are using very cheap quality of nuggets. The Cola is mixed with water, no gas in it and it tasted so sweet. In addition, the smell of the place is awful and not clean, Unfortunately.
