My gym for many years. Helpful coaches, good machines, good selection of classes. Decent infrastructure.
Hygienic and clean.
They need to start the kids club soon !

Very nice gym. The staff is very friendly and really helps you. It has a nice and save feel to it. The sport equipment works very well and is well maintained. It also is not to busy so you can have the space to do your workout. For me it was a little to expensive and the maximum weights of the barbells were a little to low. But if that isn't an issue for you it's a great and nice gym.

Expensive and once you are in contract with them, there is no exit clause even if you have health issues. I paid 70eur per month without going there just because I was bound by the contract. I tried to cancel it, gave them prior notice but the manager of Body up, Giesing didn't terminate my contract. I seriously feel cheated and regret my decision of joining this gym.

Was there for a trial training. Liked the set up. Has everything you need for s trainjng. Very friendly anc helpful staff. Changing rooms are somewhat old fashioned. Lockers need renovation to be able to use the cards. Also sauna for women would be nice.
