What a beautiful local brewery with a fantastic variety of different beers complimented by the usual dishes you would expect in Munich and Bavaria.

And I guess this is exactly what this is all about... the fundamental definition of German "Gemuetlichkeit". A great beer and some straight forward food. Bread, cheese, cold slices... These guys deliver all of this in the perfect environment.

Highly recommended!

Its absolutely a rare combination where you will find real good beer with good Food. Just come here and you will not regret..wonderful Staff and THE best beers if you want to taste. No doubts simply tge best beers.. Thanks for your hospitality..

Great choice of beer, all the kids taste absolutely good. The service was quick and food was cooked very well, especially schnitzel. I also appreciated the atmosphere, there were places outside with view of green trees, so it was a pleasure to drink their beer, eat and having a rest.

Not what it used to be. Perhaps it's suffering from its own success and post-pandemic staff shortage.

You pretty much have to book online to get a seat. Unknowingly, I picked the "Schänke", which I assumed to be counter seating. Alas, it turned out to be an event hall downstairs hosting an ukulele-play-along event. To add insult to injury the whole place was handled by a single wait person, which meant endless waiting.

And when I told the waiter that the beer he brought is wrong, he insisted it's not until on the bill it clearly showed the wrong beer (ordered Erhellung, got Münchener Hell). Also, the place joined the list of beer houses that don't fill the glasses to the mark.

Won't be back. Better to get the (tasty) beer at the market and enjoy at home.

The beer is great, would give 5 stars. BUT, the food is meh. It was overpriced and not flavored well. Last time I was there I got a lentil dish and they weren't fully cooked. When I complained, the waitress brought us shots of schnapps "to apologize". Then when we got the bill we had been charged for the shots. I will never go back.

Very nice place, award winning beer, delicious food! I was really excited, because we were seated in the room where the beer ferments!

Great craft beer selection, the new star in Munich's beer tradition. Food is very good as well. All encompassed by great, friendly service.
