BMW was my dream brand from childhood. But my latest experience with them caused me to crash all their reputation. They have a dealership called M-Cars in Krakow, Poland which is totally CORRUPTED organization with no integrity.
We had signed contract with them to reserve a car and put the downpayment. Much before the contract's due date, reachout to them to resign from the contract and they suddenly switched their approach to street sellers from the premium car sellers. They found numerious excuses not to return our money back. Indeed, before signing contract, all was great and everything was possible as such resigning from contract, getting full refund etc.
As I could not resolve my issue with such a corrupted branch and country organization, I reached out to HQ team maybe 5 times. All what I got as an aswer that, they forwarded my request to respective team. Nobody knows what that team is about.
This was a terrible experince for a person dealing with "premium car" service provider. I would never imagine myself giving 1 start to BMW....But here we're.
Not even buying a new car from them, hope to get rid of my 2021 BMW 3 as soon as possible as well.

I had the worse experience I have ever had at car dealorship at Braman BMW in Miami. They Kept. my car for 4 months and their employee in collision Jairo kept giving me the run around entire time, blaming it on the people who are making the part in Germany and took no responsibility, so I asked for a loaner car, considering my insurance only covered 2 months for a rental car and they had my car for over 4 months, which is more then enough time to fix my car. I requested a loaner car thinking that BMW would definitely give something to drive since they are supposed to be top of the line luxry service, but the manager Fernando turned me down 3 times according to Jairo. This place is seriously a joke. Terrible attitude and customer service, definitely not what BMW used to be. I will never do business with them again and hopefully you won't either for your sake. I have been driving BMW M cars most of my life, but now its time to move on to a much more classier vehicle and company, MERCEDES AMG!!!

My name is Salim Lokhandwala and through my experience I have been extremely disappointed in my dealing with BMW AGMC. BMW AGMC is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I paid the deposit (AED 80,000) for a BMW 7 series 2023 in June. I was given a written confirmed date for delivery for the beginning of November by the sales representative and their respective sales manager. However, with the delivery date approaching, I called to check regarding my delivery and to my surprise I was told that the delivery date will be postponed to December. Then after calling again I was told that it would take January for the car to arrive. Then with every call, my delivery data periodically increased to March 2023 with that date still being the tentative as of yet. I would never expect such appalling customer service from a dealer of such a well reputed brand. With no confirmed date in sight and no proper response from the management, I have cancelled my current deal with BMW AGMC. I do not find BMW a reliable car-manufacturer, nor AGMC a professional dealer anymore and due to that I have decided to cancel my current order. Even if I continued my deal with BMW AGMC, now I would also be skeptical whether I would get proper after-sales service.

Today i had new expirience. I sat in X5 BMW 3.0d xdrive around 3 years old 60 000 km. Many parts of iterior was made by plastic which Is make noise if you push on them. Engine sound and vibrations all of that i heard and felt so much inside. Its abvious that you guys try to save some money during production process. Its schameful if so expensive car had this kind od mistake. I had Saab 93 2005 And there was same problem. But Saab was company on the edge of bunkrupcy. I had BMW E46 diesel And it was very well build. After 200 000 km interior was quiet and looks likes new. After many years of BMW production is definetly many steps back inside BMW X5. Guys go to car rental and rent Lexus on weekend. You need to learn how to make good quality interior becuase you forget what were you able to create 20 years ago. I think this kind problem was born when managers try to make cars not engineers. Its very sad.

Bmw navnit motors ,malad , mumbai , India.
I booked bmw 3 series gl petrol carbon black colour from navnit motors mumbai on 25/06/2022 but still i am not getting car ...
The dealer promised me he will deliver my car in 8 days ..
Then they told 15 days
Lastly told max to max within 1 month they will deliver my car but ,
Its already 2 and half month completedbut still i am not getting car ..
Its my question BMW What kind of relation you are maintain with customer ..
U giving me this car free ??why should i suffer so much ??

If i know before that BMW only work for money not thinking about customer i will never book and never recomend anybody ..
