I’ve been to the salon located on Feilitzschstraße a few times and gotten a mineral spa. I've found it usually beneficial and would have liked to continue visiting.
However, on one of my visits, after my mineral spa was over, a different stylist lightly dired my hair, for about 5 minutes. I've often just naturally let my hair dry, and I told her (believe her name is Anastasia) that too. She was warm and receptive, took about 5-6 mins to just get water off my hair, and then to the billing counter. She billed me for 'hair styling', about 50€. This is a huge breach of trust, especially for someone who visits often, since I never got my hair styled. She even paused for a moment to see my reaction to it. It's a pity because ever since this, I've not managed to go back to the salon. Experiences like these break trust for good.

And to add to it, a few weeks after I left them this review, instead of taking the feedback and ensuring this doesn't happen again, they asked Google to take down the review. It's preposterous

Highly recommended. I had a great experience. I’m usually unhappy with my hair after a trip to the Salon. But the team at Bio hair are very patient. They talk to you, really take the time to understand what you’re looking for and make sure you get exactly what you are after. My hair feels healthy, lighter and full of life. Thank you for the amazing service, the Prosecco and my new hair.

This was my first visit to the salon. While the service was really good (the stylist spent almost an hour) and hygienic conditions were offered, I really couldn't understand the treatment part. When I asked for recommendations for my receding hairline, I got to hear this is because of my heredity. The haircut was okayish, but I had better haircuts paying one third/ half at other haar studios in Munich. Hair styling is an art and it is subjective, but one would expect a better price-performance ratio.

Didn't ended up booking an appointment at this place because of the phone call I had and the condescending tone used when I was just asking for information about their treatments. In itself, it sounds like a good concept, (using natural products and getting your scalp and hair healthy,) in reality, you are met with some snides remarks about the health of your hair. After reading some reviews, I see I wasn't the only one handled like this either. It's too bad because the concept could be really good if the customer service was up to par.

Great service with very friendly staff. I have not been to a hairdresser for a long time since I was never happy about the outcome. Suzy took such a great care of my hair and was careful not to cut so much. After I was still not fully satisfied with the final style she spent an additional 30 minutes on my hair until I was finally happy. She was super kind and considerative. The other staff were also very nice and friendly. I will be their regular customer after this.

not a very pleasent experience , I booked an appointment with Melanie, I ended up with someone else cutting my hair, they are totally unequipped with dealing with curly hair, totally overpriced if you want a decent haircut and a blowdry , the only good thing is the hair treatments they offer, totally do not recommend

dear Melanie, about the response on google, I did not expect straightners or curling irons, you told me on the phone that the blow dry could be better,you should not write that i expected straightners specially after our call !!!! this is not a half decent blow dry even given your philosophy which i agreed to and actually encourage thats why i chose your place in the first place. unprofessional that this is your response on google reviews!
