Majestic bronze statue of Bavaria Symbol with accessible inside of it with few stairs. you can see Theresienwiese place and part of Munich from there and behind it you will see Bavaria hall of Fame.

I will start my review with a WARNING⚠️

DO NOT go inside the statue on hot days. The temperature inside is unbearable and there is no draft or any type of fresh air flow. The statue is basically baking all day under the sun and you will not be warned upon arrival. It can be dangerous for people who are not in good shape and you better not have any type of emergency up there.

Also note there are quite a few stairs and the narrow staircase can be quite claustrophobic for some people. It's the both up and down, which makes it imposible for two people to fit at the same time.

Other than that, it's an interesting experience and has great views!

You can go inside of the statute which is really cool to see all the artwork from close and within. Recommended

It's nice historical place of Bavaria. It is open air but a bit crowded. The bird's eye view of Munich city from the top stage is something to experience.

Climbed up last week. It's narrow and low in places and a really creepy face inside. You get free entry with the bavaria castle pass. Otherwise €5

Statue is enormous and the history of how it was produced is amazing. It definitely made me go wow. It look way better from up close.

Lady Bavaria stands proud above the grounds of Theresienwiese overlooking the various festivals including the world famous Oktoberfest and Tollwood festival.
You can climb inside the statue right up to her head and see what she sees. As the statue is made of bronze, it is boiling hot inside on a hot day and is like being in an oven!!
This is well worth a visit any time of year.
